This office is located in the False Creek / Olympic Village area, a short walk from Olympic Village SkyTrain Station and the seawall.
The counselling office is on the second floor. You will see an exterior staircase leading up to a set of glass doors. Please use this entrance and walk straight down the hallway to the end, where you will find the waiting area.
Street and paid parking are available in the surrounding neighbourhood; please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot.
When you arrive, please take a seat in the waiting area. Your counsellor will meet you there at your scheduled appointment time. Guidance at the entrance will be available during the initial period.`
