I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC (RCC, BCACC #24079) offering warm, evidence-based support for people navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationships, perimenopause/post-menopause, chronic pain or illness, immigrant adaptation, ADHD, and Autism (ASD). My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally sensitive. I blend Narrative Therapy, DBT-informed work, Solution-Focused strategies, mindfulness, and EMDR. For ADHD and ASD, we focus on executive-function support (planning, motivation, and task initiation), sensory-aware strategies, RSD and people-pleasing, masking/unmasking, routine design, burnout recovery, and self-advocacy/accommodations at work, school, and in daily life. I also support work-related concerns—stress and burnout, communication and conflict, boundaries, performance anxiety, return-to-work planning, and navigating accommodations (including ADHD/ASD at work). Sessions are collaborative and practical. In-person and online. Free 20-minute intro.
